Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) Policy

  1. Policy Statement

Rewardrite Limited is committed to providing equal employment opportunities to all individuals. We believe that a diverse and inclusive workplace enhances innovation, productivity, and the overall success of our business and those of our clients. This policy ensures that all employment-related decisions are made based on merit, qualifications, and business needs, without regard to race, colour, nationality, ethnic origin, religion or belief, gender, gender reassignment, marital or civil partnership status, sexual orientation, disability, age, pregnancy or maternity, or any other status protected by UK law.

  1. Scope

This policy applies to all employees of Rewardrite Limited, as well as contractors, job applicants, clients, and any individuals employed through our services. It also applies to all employment practices including recruitment, hiring, onboarding, placement, promotion, termination, layoff, recall, transfer, leave of absence, compensation, training, and development.

  1. Legal Framework

This policy reflects our obligations under the Equality Act 2010 and is supported by all relevant UK legislation and codes of practice. As an employer of record and service provider, we also support our client organisations in fulfilling their equality and non-discrimination duties in employment.

  1. Principles

Rewardrite Limited ensures that all individuals are treated with dignity and respect. Employment decisions are made based on objective criteria and in accordance with fair procedures. Discrimination, harassment, and victimisation in the workplace are not tolerated under any circumstances. We promote a culture where differences are valued and employees are encouraged to contribute fully to the success of the business.

  1. Responsibilities

The management team is responsible for ensuring this policy is implemented effectively. HR and Compliance teams must monitor practices to ensure equality of opportunity. Line managers are expected to lead by example, promoting fairness and challenging bias or discriminatory behaviour. Employees are responsible for treating colleagues and clients with respect and for reporting any concerns related to equality or discrimination.

  1. Recruitment and Selection

We aim to attract and recruit candidates from a diverse pool, using inclusive job descriptions and fair selection processes. Candidates will be assessed solely on their skills, experience, and suitability for the role. Reasonable adjustments will be made during the recruitment process for candidates with disabilities or other needs.

  1. Reasonable Adjustments

Where an employee or applicant has a disability or health condition, we will make reasonable adjustments to working arrangements, physical spaces, or equipment to ensure they are not placed at a disadvantage. These adjustments are made in collaboration with the individual and may also involve occupational health assessments where appropriate.

  1. Complaints and Grievances

Any employee who feels they have been discriminated against, harassed, or treated unfairly is encouraged to raise the issue through our formal grievance procedure by submitting a complaint to the HR Department or to the Line Manager. Complaints will be handled sensitively, promptly, and confidentially. We will not tolerate victimisation of any person who raises or supports a complaint under this policy.

  1. Monitoring and Review

We monitor workforce diversity, recruitment outcomes, and promotion patterns to assess the effectiveness of our EEO Policy. The policy is reviewed at least annually and whenever there is a significant change in employment legislation or company practice.

  1. Breach of Policy

Any breach of this policy may result in disciplinary action, up to and including dismissal. Breaches may also expose the company and individuals to legal liability under the Equality Act 2010. Clients or third-party providers working with Rewardrite Limited are also expected to uphold the principles of this policy.
